Happy Birthday to me!! Love, Andrew

Yes, I just had my 28th birthday.... And guess what?!  It was Awesome!!  Andrew Really spoiled me!  He was suppose to go on the Young Men's High Adventure with them, but i guess they had too many leaders going, so he opted out to be with me on my birthday.  He knew this for a couple weeks and never told me.  

He got home from work a little early thursday night (day before my b-day), and this is how the conversation went...

ME: "So, are you leaving at 6, or are you meeting there at 6?"
ANDREW: "Umm, meeting there at 6."


ME: "Okay."

Silence...

ANDREW: "So what if I told you that I'm not going on the High Adventure, and that I booked a hotel stay in Dana Point, and your mom is going to watch the kids for us tonight and tomorrow?" 
ME: "What?!" 

Silence...

ME: "I'm So confused.  You're not going?"  (He did just tell me that he was "meeting at 6" with the group) 
ME: "Sweet!!  Wait, are you serious?  This isn't a joke?  You're really not going?"
ANDREW: "Nope.  So hurry and pack your bags, I told your mom we would be dropping off the kids at 6 at their place."  

That sneaky young man!  I was Soo shocked and excited!!  I was fumbling through all of my clothes and things trying to get everything together last min. and packed.  We dropped the kids off and went out to dinner at Cheesecake Factory!!  Yum!!  Love that place!  By the time we were done, it was getting kind of late... (we didn't get to my mom's at 6. Lol And of course we had a wait at the restaurant)  

This is what I got... Delicious!! 

After dinner we headed up to Dana Point to find our hotel. We hit a little bit of traffic, but it was a fun drive up PCH.  I always Love driving up and down the coast, looking out at the ocean, and at the fun shops around, and the Beautiful houses!!  Andrew and I always wonder what it is that people do to be able to own, even rent, houses like that.  

The next morning we found a place to eat called STACKS Pancake House.  Soo Delicious!  Highly recommend going there if you're out in Dana Point for breakfast!  I had this strawberry and banana crepe yumminess!

Then off to the beach to relax and enjoy each others company without having to worry about the kids running off to the ocean or finding trash to put in their mouths.  Lol  It was Soo relaxing and fun!!  

All in all I couldn't have asked for a better husband!!  He planned and prepared this whole birthday experience for me to enjoy and have some fun away from all the craziness of life!!  He Always treats me Well and I am Lucky to have him for the eternities!!  He is the Best thing that has Ever happened to me!  Every day I realize more and more how blessed I am to have him in my life!!  Thank you babe for Everything you do for me!!  You Really are Amazing!!  And Thanks for the Best birthday surprise... to be able to spend it with you! :)  I Love You!! <3 nbsp="">
