So it has been about a month or so since our laptop crashed on us. We've been trying to make appointments with the Mac store and apparently the only way to do that is online.
1). It doesn't help when your computer doesn't work.
2). It REALLY doesn't help when their website isn't working and just giving us the run around!
After trying to figure it out for over a week, we finally decided we were going to go in and just wait. Andrew decided to try one last time... of course it worked! We finally were able to make an appointment. Once we got there we were in and out So fast and the guy helping us was the same guy we had last time, who we really liked.
About 30-45 min after we left we got a call saying our computer was fixed and ready for pickup. After everything we had gone through to get an appointment and get in, their service definitely made up for everything else, plus, it cost So much less than we thought it would. We were Sooo grateful for that especially with the holidays coming up!! Soo excited to have our computer back!! :)
